DAY 01: CUSCO WIÑAYWAYNA AGUAS CALIENTES MACHUPICCHU

We leave very early from Cusco towards Km. 104, where the trek begins. Then we visited the archaeological rest of Chacha bamba (2250 m.a.s.l.) Here agricultural products were obtained to be taken to Machupicchu. We continue the walk to Wiñaywayna, on the way we will have beautiful views of the Urubamba River and the opportunity to observe different types of the Orchid family. Once in Wiñaywayna we will stop to visit this important archaeological rest. After a well-deserved lunch, in the afternoon we continue the trek to Machu Picchu, which we will see from the Inti Punku (Puerta del Sol) on a beautiful afternoon before continuing to Aguas Calientes. We stayed in a hostel in the village.

DAY 02: MACHU PICCHU CUSCO

Breakfast at the hotel very early we will board the bus to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu which is located (2400 m.a.s.l.). Guided tour of approximately 2 hours in a row, and then free time to take photos, and at the indicated time return hot water to take the train to Ollantaytambo then by bus to Cusco.
